What should I do if Eilik AI station cannot connect / frequent disconnection from Eilik?

1. Check if Eilik AI Station is properly powered ON (RGB light set stays solid).
2. Check if Eilik is functioning properly (remove it from Eilik AI station and test separately).
3. Check if the communication interface is securely connected.
4. Use the official USB-C to USB-C data cable.
5. Use a ≥18W PD fast charger.
