Situation 1:

Connected to the power supply, the robot screen displays a charging icon or a 100% battery icon. It can be turned on normally while charging, but by unplugging the charging cable, the robot immediately turns off.

 

Try the following steps in sequence:

1. Reconnect the USB-C cable;

2. Replace the COM port/charger;

3. Replace the USB-C cable;

4. If the above steps don't work, please fill in a SUPPORT TICKET.

 

 

Situation 2:

After charging for 2 hours, the screen still displays a "charging" icon. After 1 minute of starting up, it automatically shuts down and displays the "charging" icon again.
