We at EnergizeLab ( hereinafter referred to as "we", “our” or "us") take your privacy as our top priority. This private policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") aims to clearly explain how your information is collected, used, disclosed, transferred, and stored when you use EnergizeLab’s robot hardware, applications, software, and related online services (hereinafter referred to as "Products and Services").

1. Information We Collect
To provide and improve our Products and Services, we collect information from the following categories. You may control the provision of this information, but restricting certain information may affect your experience with functionalities.

- Account Information: You create an account using your email. This serves as a basis for identifying you, delivering Products and Services, and ensuring account security.
- Interaction Content: This includes the voice commands and conversation content generated when you interact with the robot.
- Device and Interaction Information
To enable the robot to recognize and interact with you, we process:
- Camera Data: Used for owner recognition, gesture-based games (like rock-paper-scissors), or object identification.
- Our Commitment: To enable the "greeting" feature, we only create and store an encrypted digital feature template locally on the device. We do not store or transmit your original photos or video streams. Images used for gesture and object recognition are discarded immediately after real-time processing.
- Physical Control: You can always fully cover the camera using the magnetic physical cover we provide.
- Voice Data: We process your voice when you converse with the robot. For enabling intelligent multi-turn conversations, these recordings are transmitted encrypted to our service partners (such as Alibaba Cloud) for processing, then deleted as soon as processing is complete.
- Automatically Collected Information
- Device and Log Information: Includes IP address, device model, operating system version, feature usage frequency, error reports, and interaction data with the services. This helps us maintain service security, diagnose issues, and improve our products.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and maintain our Products and Services, such as processing your conversations and executing your commands.
- Improve and develop new product features, optimizing the user experience by analyzing usage patterns.
- Ensure security, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations when required by law.
3. Information Sharing
We will never sell your personal data. We only share limited information with the following parties when necessary:
- Service Providers: To operate our Products and Services, we share necessary data with trusted partners. For example, we provide voice data to Alibaba Cloud to enable conversation features and utilize their global infrastructure for data storage and network acceleration. We enter into strict agreements with all partners requiring them to protect your data and to use it only for the purpose of providing services to us.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or mandatory requests from government authorities.
4. Global Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in our Alibaba Cloud global data centers (which may be located in countries such as the United States, Germany, etc.). This helps ensure you receive fast and reliable Products and Services regardless of where you are located.
We use legal mechanisms recognized by global regulators (such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)) to safeguard the legality and security of transfers of data out of your region, ensuring your information receives protections consistent with this Policy.
5. Your Choices and Controls
You have meaningful control over your information:
- Permission Management: You can manage the App’s access to location, camera, nearby devices, and other permissions at any time in your mobile device’s Settings. Disabling permissions will prevent related features from working.
- - Account Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may close your account, by accessing account settings within the App or by contacting us.
6. Data Retention
We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. For example, encrypted facial template data will be retained for the lifetime of your account unless you proactively delete it. Voice interaction data is typically retained only temporarily during processing. After you deactivate your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Products and Services are intended for all users, but we understand the need to protect children's privacy specifically.
- Age Restrictions: If you are under 18, you need to use our Products and Services with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
- Guardian Rights: If you are a guardian and believe we may have inadvertently collected your child’s information, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly take steps to remove such information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. After updates, provide notice in the APP or through our website. If you continue to use our Products and Services after the new effective date, you indicate your acceptance of the updated Policy.
