Situation 1:
Connect Eilik to the computer, but the screen does not display a "charging icon".
It is possible that the computer is unable to detect Eilik. Please perform General Testing as the following steps:
1. Reconnect the USB-C cable;
2. Restart the update tool;
3. Replace a COM port;
4. Use another USB-C cable;
5. Restart the computer;
6. Force reboot;
7. Reset Procedure.
Situation 2:
Connect Eilik to the computer, and the computer pops up an error message "USB device not recognized".
Please perform Comprehensive Testing as the following steps:
1. Reconnect the USB-C cable;
2. Restart the update tool;
3. Replace a COM port;
4. Force reboot;
5. Use another USB-C cable;
6. Restart the computer;
7. Reset Procedure;
8. Format SD card;
9. Use another computer.
