What to do when the robot screen pops up error prompts?
EnergizeLab · 2023/01/30

Situation 1:

The screen displays "Enter boot... Ready to update".

This indicates the boot can be accessed normally for the firmware update. Please connect Eilik to the computer and continue with the firmware update.

Situation 2:

The screen displays "APP Mount error... APP Error code 1", and the update tool displays "SD Error".

It's a mounting error. It may be due to a file system error. Force Reboot first, but if it doesn't work, try formatting the SD card and performing the update again.

Situation 3:

The screen displays "App Mount error... APP Format error", and the update tool displays "SD Error".

It may be due to APP formatting and mounting errors. Try formatting the SD card and performing the update again.

Situation 4:

The screen displays "format ok try init SD card", but "ready to update" does not appear.

Try formatting the SD card and re-updating the robot.

Situation 5:

The screen displays "format ok error code 1", and the firmware update is complete, but "Error Missing Firmware" is still displayed.

When error code 1 occurs, it signifies a pseudo-write program, indicating that the firmware update was not completed. Try formatting the SD card and performing the update again.

Situation 6:

The screen displays "try init SD card error code 1".

It is a card initialization error. Try formatting the SD card and performing the update again.

Situation 7:

The screen displays "SD card size error... error code 1".

It is an SD card block size error. Please wait for the card to complete formatting before proceeding with a firmware update.
