Refund & Exchange Policy
We will offer a refund service:
Within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt for customers in Asian countries and regions.
Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt for customers in countries and regions outside Asia.
● Shipping charges, handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g.customs duties, VAT) are non-refundable.
● If the Product is returned unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the Product, we will offer a full 100% refund of the product price paid.
● If the Product was repackaged or severely damaged, Energize Lab has the right to refuse a refund or choose a partial refund. A fee may be deducted from the refund for used/manually broken products.
We will offer a 30-day exchange service from the date of receipt if the Product suffers performance failure that is not human-caused or is damaged in transit.
Not Available in the Following Circumstances:
● No legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is provided.
● Products sent to Energize Lab for refund or exchange do not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging.
● Any failure or damage to the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
● Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
● Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, storms or thunderstrikes.
● Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
Return & Exchange Shipping
For returns due to customer reasons, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit.
For returns or exchanges with authorized confirmed quality problems, Energize Lab will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives your return. Refunds will be processed using the same method used for payment. The refund process will be completed within approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
How to Return/Exchange an Item
Step 1: Contact us in 7/14 return days and 30 exchange days to obtain the address information you need regarding product returns or exchanges.
Step 2: Place the item securely in its original packaging without any missing contents, and mail your return through a trackable method.
90-Day Warranty Assurance
Energize Lab provides the following limited warranty if you purchased the Product(s) on Energize Lab's website, or if you purchased the Product(s) from an authorized reseller. Products purchased from other sellers or sources are not covered by this Limited Warranty. Energize Lab guarantees that the Product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date you receive the product ("Warranty Period").
● During the Limited Warranty period, Energize Lab will repair the Product that is defective or malfunctioning at no charge. Energize Lab reserves the right to use new or refurbished replacement parts in repair of the Product.
● A purchase receipt or other proof of the date of purchase is required in order to claim the benefit of this warranty.
● This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Energize Lab and that can be identified by Energize Lab's trademark, trade name or logo. The limited warranty does not apply to any non-Energize Lab product or software.
● The Limited Warranty extends only to Purchasers who purchased the Product on official channels and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
● Improper storage, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, exposure to liquid, infusion, moisture, accident, incorrect use of parts other than the product;
● External causes and force majeure such as fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, or earthquake;
● Exposure to extreme weather conditions, theft, loss, or improper use of any electrical source;
● Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification of Product;
● Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents or broken plastic, or normal wear and tear;
● Usage of the product other than its normal and customary manner;
● The term of validity has exceeded 90 days.
