Looking back on this past year, that’s exactly the warmth and kindness we’ve felt from you: celebrating the highs with us, standing patiently by during the challenges. Most importantly, even when we encounter some mistakes, you never give up on us. You offered us your trust, your honest criticism, and your endless understanding.
